Founder & Lead Consultant · 25+ years

An experienced Learning & Development professional, corporate trainer, consultant, career counsellor, and visiting faculty, with deep exposure across HR, safety, behavioural, technical, and management education. His expertise spans the complete training cycle, from functional and technical training to soft skills and quality across diverse engineering fields.

He has served as visiting faculty for MMS / PGDBM programs, teaching Global HRM, OD & Change Management, and IS & Digital Transformation.
